Metal Dragonfly began with an appreciation for original art and the people who create it. We wanted to give their work another place to be discovered, enjoyed, and purchased.
We carefully select emerging and established artists whose work speaks to us. Through licensing partnerships, we bring their images to apparel, home goods, and everyday objects, creating another way for artists to earn from work they’ve already made.
Our role is to handle the product side, so artists can spend more time creating. They bring their vision. We take on the work of turning selected images into products and bringing those products to customers.
But the artwork is only part of the story. Behind every piece is a person with a perspective, a process, and something to share. Metal Dragonfly introduces you to those artists, the mediums they work in, and the stories behind their work.
For customers, it’s a chance to discover an artist you connect with and make their work part of your everyday life. For artists, it’s an additional outlet for their creativity, without having to build and manage a merchandise business themselves.
